From a young age, my curiosity about the human mind drew me toward psychology not as a pursuit of money, but as a personal calling. I have always felt a strong drive to help others break free from mental health barriers. Through community mental health work, research experience, and SPSS-based analysis, I approach psychology with both empathy and analytical rigour, aiming to contribute to impactful, evidence-based psychological practice.
