• Executing all kinds of field operation, control room operator and manpower handling
• Safety and regular checkups of the plant conditions
• Smooth startup and shutdown activities
• Immediate Reporting of any abnormalities or observations
• Monitoring and maintaining the process parameters within the limits
• Achieving the target for daily production and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with all maintenance departments like Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation
• Housekeeping, logging, reporting abnormalities and non-conforming products
• Following 5s principles, GMP, and SOPs
• Experience in JSA preparation, Toolbox Talks, and HIRA
• All Kind of manual operation And Experience SCADA, PLC and DCS
• Participated in certificate Audits like Responsible care, ISO, FSSI, and Halal
• Fire extinguishers and Fire hydrant system handling
• Work Permits – such as Cold work, Hot work, Height work, vessel entry, Earth evacuation and Line clearance permits system
• Operating steam pressure: 40 bar, 15 bar, 6 bar, 4 bar
