- Controlling the Non conformance products for proper disposal as per the System.
- Providing proper Training to improve the Team members capability and Multi Skill.
- Implementing Kaizens in critical areas.
- Conducting Supplier Audit Periodically to monitor and control the Control the supplier Process.
Assistant Manager – QAD at Roots Cast Private Limited (2018-11 – 2020-03)
Roots Cast Private Ltd (RCPL) is part of Roots Group, which was established in the year 1984, specialized in manufacturing of Aluminium / Zinc based alloy Pressure Die Casting and Gravity Die Casting components to Automotive, Aerospace, Textiles, Healthcare, Motor Industries and other Engineering industries.
- Responsible for Customer Quality team (NPD & Regular Productions).
- Leading the New Projects to meet the customer requirements (Quality and dispatch) until the Customer End rejections were controlled with in the target PPM.

- Customer Complaints & In-house Complaints analysis to find out the root cause for failures and implementing the Permanent Corrective actions at respective areas for every complaint.
- Handling the OEM Customers (with in India & Global OEM Team)
- Warranty Complaint analysis, based on the Field return parts (Failed parts) and monthly Customer reports.

- Reporting to Customer with 8D reports for every Customer Complaints and Warranty failure.

It is a Tier1 Supplier of Hyundai Motors India & General Motors India and also Manufacturer of Engine Gaskets (Steel Gaskets), Transmission Parts & Muffler Parts (Sheet metal, Rubber & Machined Casting Parts).
- Responsible for In-process Quality Control and Final inspection.
- Periodical updating of Control plan and PFMEA.
- Preparing the SPC for Critical parameters and Process of Machining.

It is a US Based MNC Company and Manufacturer of Transformer Power tripping mechanism assembly (Sheet metal & Machined Parts) & Aero Space Components.
