➢ Over 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Splunk Administration, Development, specializing in Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Splunk Enterprise, observability and monitoring using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Catchpoint, and Adobe XD.
➢ 19+ years of experience in Information Technology, spanning Splunk Administration, Observability, Monitoring Setup, Software Design, Development, Testing, and Application Support across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
➢ Expertise in Data Ingestion, SPL, Index management, User and Role Management, Performance Tuning, Security & Compliance, creating Splunk dashboards, reports & alerts, lookup tables, data models, macros, and ITSI Glass tables.
➢ Skilled in designing ITSI Glass table frames using Adobe XD for enhanced visualizations. ➢ Proficient in configuring Synthetic alerts in Dynatrace and troubleshooting performance issues using its powerful monitoring capabilities.
