Working on an AMEX client-side project to maintain and monitor the application called Ask Amex Messaging which has having daily interaction volume of around 70000 to 80000. My role is to keep the system up and running 24/7, work on change management, monitor services using dashboards, alert monitoring, and system scalability, and work with the development team to resolve the application issues.
