Lead product marketing for Algonomy's Omni-Channel Marketing Portfolio; rCDP, Active Content, Audience Manager, and Algonomy Campaign. Owning positioning, GTM strategy, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, pricing, and demand generation across a multi-product enterprise SaaS portfolio.
● Led and mentored a 3-person Marketing team, overseeing execution across GTM, content, sales enablement, and customer marketing for a multi-product portfolio.
● Developed the end-to-end positioning, messaging, and Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy for Active Content, a net-new product, defining the value proposition, ICP, and competitive differentiation for its enterprise sales motions. ● Revived a dormant analyst relations program with IDC from the ground up, re-establishing Algonomy's credibility and presence in the analyst community, culminating in Algonomy rCDP being recognised as a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape for Retail CDP, 2025.
● Led customer marketing programs, including case studies, adoption campaigns, use case development, and upsell strategies, generating a pipeline of over $650K ARR.
● Conceptualised and curated content and themes for 4 global industry events (including NRF Singapore and E-tail Nordic), directly contributing to $800K ARR in the influenced pipeline.
● Led the corporate website revamp project, repositioning Algonomy as a modern Retail SaaS leader, resulting in a 37% reduction in bounce rate and a 32% increase in MQLs (MoM).
● Developed interactive product experiences for Active Content that drove a 36% MoM increase in MQLs, accelerating top-of-funnel momentum.
● Launched Algonomy's first marketer-focused webinar series, building a LinkedIn community of practitioners as a long-term pipeline development and brand awareness initiative.
