Workshop Manager, October 2016 to till date
- Report to the General Manager and lead a team of 40 encompassing engineers and technicians with overall responsibility for valve Repair, testing, and painting.
- Reviewing of Customer enquiry & estimating the cost for execution.
- Reviewing the Quote to submit Customer
- Scheduling Shutdown plans and assign the project engineer to execute and meet customer delivery date
- Develop and implement daily production schedules based on monthly invoicing targets.
- Manage production against project orders to meet customer requirements and provide up to date status reports to project leaders.
- Monitor operators’ performance and provide required guidance to maintain production & quality targets.
- Ensure targeted availability & reliability of plant & equipment through implementation of effective preventive maintenance schedules.
- Improve operator capabilities by organizing multi-level training.
- Subcontracting follow up related to the valve components and to meet customer Delivery.
- Supervise sub-vendors to ensure on time delivery of Machining & special painting jobs adhering to quality norms.
- Testing of the valves standards proceeding with as per the API 6D & API 598, API6A

- Developed and integrated valve repairing facility under one roof.
- Developed Tools & fixtures required for Ball machining /Lapping
