As the Manager (Head) -Valve Automation at L&T Valves, I am responsible for the global business of actuated valves, which involves managing the inside sales function, leading a cross functional team ( Proposals, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering) developing vendors, leading pre-sales teams, and overseeing engineering and testing of automated valves.

I provide technical and functional leadership to valve automation function and I am passionate about proposing ,designing, building, and testing optimal valve and actuator systems that meet stringent customer requirements and specifications. I collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables, such as proposals, Quotations ,3D general arrangement drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and functional test sheets.

I also excel at Incremental improvement, engineering change management, project management, product life cycle management, and complex project execution. I am driven by innovation, customer focus, results, and teamwork.
