It is essential to complement the personality of people to build insights and I like to blend business and user goals that generate relevant metrics. I have 5+ years of research experience in qualitative and quantitative techniques for generative and evaluative phases in consumer technology products where I conducted usabiity testing, and worked in tools like Usertesting.com, Miro and MS Office. I do have proficient English reading, writing and presentation skills and be able to bring value to any organization by creating sketches for scenarios of user pain points and recommendations that can create a visual impact for stakeholders to quantify the product vision.

I have conducted foundational research studies for Google meet to improve its usability for project managers and college students and helped Estee lauder to come up with new features for a better personalized virtual make over. I had also conducted foundational research to understand women’s mental model on print fashion magazines and derived features for it’s smart TV application without any logistics provided by the organization.
I am a creative thinker who can add value to any organization by coming up with sketches of storytelling for the user scenarios, pain points and recommendations by using my artistic abilities that can lead to more visual way to quantify current metrics of the product and its future vision.
Also, I had led the team of UX professionals in Mahindra automotive division for new media designs such as virtual reality and multitouch table for their digital showrooms which was an entirely new experience for me as these are not a single touch interaction, and it involved research with stakeholders and users, facilitated design thinking workshops to analyze trends for interaction, IA, wireframes and deriving final usability insights.
In addition to my work experience, I am a graduate with a background in Strategic Design Management from National Institute of Design.
