Head of Operations at Hudl (2016-11 – 2022-05)
Joined Hudl as a Sports Analyst in November 2016. In 3 months we grew from 10 to 30 Sports Analyst. I was promoted to a Team Leads role, managing 5 Sports Analyst. In June 2017 we had hired 600 Sports Analyst to work on our Hudl Assist product which helped Coaches and Athletes plan for future games in a better manner.
I was promoted again to a Shift Managers role, managing 200 analyst at a time. In June 2019, we started a new office in Pune with another set of 600 Sports Analyst, bringing our total employee strength to 1200+. In June 2020, we were supposed to set up the Bangalore Office, which I going to head, but due to the Pandemic it didn't happen.
However, we did manage to hire 600 more analyst in 2021 thus taking our overall tally of employees to 1800. My key responsibilities were making sure the games were sent back to the coaches with the time it was agreed upon and ensuring we had the right man power to achieve this. Apart from Operations, I've also taken up other responsibilities like HR role, at times, ensuring the Insurance of each employee was done, hiring was done well, making sure salaries were paid out on time.
Product Support at Goldensource (2016-03 – 2016-10)
Worked as a product support for one of their products called ActiveGateway - which was used to pull security information from Bloomberg, Reuters and help cache the data so that clients don't need to spend on making the same request again and can store the data locally.
Production Support Analyst at Larsen & Toubro (2013-04 – 2016-02)
Worked for CITI Bank through L&T and was managing their Secure Database which stored all the security information that was needed for trading.
