- Responsible for review and finalization of primary drawing, Cable route plan, equipment layout, Final drawing, Typical Drawing, As-built drawing after installation and Reviewing of all type of drawing with GC/ MMRDA Project team.
- Change on system (hardware & Software) in case of shifting & modification of Gates & TOM.
- Arrange periodical inspections to ensure performance AFC system.
- Reporting – Daily, Weekly, Monthly of Corrective, Preventive Maintenance & Lab activities.
- Preparation of RAMS report for analysis.
- Directing vendor/supplier management activities like:
- Conducting periodic team vendor meeting for performance review, improvement and future requirements.
