• Managing and overseeing the financial aspects of a project, ensuring accurate billing and payments to contractors and suppliers.
• Creating and submitting accurate invoices based on project progress, deliverables, and contracts.
• Working with quantity surveyors to estimate project costs, track material usage, and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Managing contracts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments according to contract terms.
• Maintaining accurate records of all billing-related activities, including invoices, contracts, and payment certificates, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Conducting site inspections to verify the accuracy of work completed and materials used before processing payments.
• Preparing financial reports outlining project expenditures, payments, and cash flow status for clients.
• Reviewing documentation and contracts to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes between contractors, suppliers, and the client.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineers, Job Estimators, Engineers of various disciplines etc. to acquire proper data and specifications for the schedule.
• Activity networks / scheduling / resources planning and allocation. Assign duration, resources (Manpower, Materials and Equipment’s) and Budgeted Cost for each activity based on their weight factor & quantity/volume of work. And identify Long Lead items required in the Project.
• Develop databases for Engineering deliverables, Procurement deliverables and Construction activities for monitoring/analysing/tracking progresses.
• Coordinate schedule from multiple sub-contractor/ vendor and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
