• Talent Management: Responsible for overall Talent Acquisition via ATS and all latest technologies/platforms and end-to-end Recruitment within TAT for Executive-to-Higher Management Professionals up to C-Suite levels level. (Average hiring of 30-35 employees on month-on-month basis).
