• Studied billet reheating furnace operations and the importance of temperature control before rolling.
• Observed roughing, intermediate and finishing mill operations in wire rod production.
• Reviewed operating parameters related to furnace temperature and fuel consumption.
• Documented process observations and learned how process conditions can influence product quality and manufacturing consistency.
