• Medical Coding & Indexing as WHO International Statistical classification of Diseases and Related Health Problem(ICD-10).
• To collect and analyze the data by finding the loop holes in the department processes.
• Data management for referral & conversion report.
• Facilitation of patients & attendants.
• Maintenance of IP records
• Preparing Daily Census
• Preparing all kinds of Statistical & Government Report
• Conduct MRD meetings with data presentation
• Medical Coding & Indexing as WHO International Statistical classification of Diseases and Related Health Problem (ICD-10).
• Maintenance of IP & OP record
• Contribution in MRD HIS module
• Completion of Insurance Claim Form with the help of TPA persons
• Dealing with police, Insurance, and patient’s attendant.
• Attending dispute Court Cases
• Deficiency, Checklist, Completion of IP Files
• Maintaining the receiving register
• Assembling all discharge file according to the checklist.
• Checking the completeness of the discharge files.
• Indexing
• Maintaining all death records including (Completeness of Death files and death registers also death Registration in MCD office.
• Handling all MLC cases and Death cases.
