About
I am more than a resume a blend of creativity, analysis, and resilience. When deadlines loom like storm clouds, I conjure calm. My alchemical ink flows across the parchment of experience, etching tales of transformation.
Experience
The Journey So Far:
IBM (13 Months): My days were a symphony of inbound emails and phone calls. I asked questions that led to solutions, raised service requests, and wove resolutions like spells.
Royal Bank of Scotland (6 Months): Amidst digital whispers, I chatted with customers, authenticating their secrets. Billing procedures became my incantations, and payment setups, my runes.
Assam Government NRC Updation (32 Months): Here, I stepped into the realm of legacy data. Guided by ancient scrolls, I educated, met district officers, and whispered forgotten names.
Education
PGDBM (Pursuing): My cauldron bubbles with knowledge from KKHSOU. Business mysteries unfold as I sip from the cup of learning.
Gauhati Commerce College (Graduation): Here, I wove threads of commerce, balancing ledgers and unraveling economic riddles.
Glacier English School (10th): My earliest incantations were in English—a language that bridges worlds.
