- Supervising the loading and unloading of petroleum products from tanker truck
- Supervising tanker truck loading person (helper's) proper PPES & safety
- knowledge of Tanker truck loading Gantry platform in Terminal Operations
- Basic knowledge of Sampling
- Q & Q process
- Coordinate with road transport logistics and scheduling team to ensure deliveries are loaded and delivered to customer with correct quantity and quality at the right time
- Focal in Monitoring and reporting of HSSE KPIs as per the Performance monitoring and reporting requirement
- Provide support and assurance for the business ensuring HSSE risks are identified and managed to ALARP
- Support in incident management i.e. reporting, investigation, etc.
- knowledge of QC Report
- Use of SAP/TAS terminal automation management system
- Preparation of filling authorization note and invoices
- Truck order linking
- Manage sealing and locking reports
- Stock reconciliation for fuel and additives stocks
- Manage the additive dosing process at terminal
- All activities working with system application
- Tanker Truck Loading Confirmation (LC) in GSAP
- Computerized billing and documentation
- Create Purchase Order through GSAP, Etc…
