To have regular meetimgs with the consultants to finalize the design and budget.
Oversees the strategic plan monitoring and adopting as needed.
To finalize the contractors as per local existing rates.
To identify and resolve issues and risks which occurred in site.
To have weekly meetimgs with architrect along with MD for the progress of work.

To prepare and estimation of quantities by using drawings in AutoCAD.
Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing.
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) & evaluating as per the planned schedules.
Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
Preparation of work orders and purchase orders.
Certifying the quantities and sub contractor bills.
