Project Manager / Infrastructure Project Manager at TCS (2014-05 – Present)

Directed infrastructure uplift by upgrading end-of-life servers to latest Windows versions. Led the phased migration of SAP applications and data from on-premises infrastructure to Azure Cloud, successfully covering operations across nine countries. Managed infrastructure migration from legacy system to latest infrastructure (servers) with Build, migrate, integration, sanity, and Go live milestones.

Managed testing activities for Sitecore migration to XM Cloud project involving migration of content from Sitecore Managed Cloud to Azure XM Cloud across multiple phases. Transitioned testing responsibilities from a different IT company ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer.

Conducted environment health checks and resolved QA execution issues with respect to environment (OS, Browser, Firewall, blockers, error 404, 405). Managed CIBC ebanking TEM project.

• Conduct regular environment health checks across ongoing projects within the business unit
• Analyse and address environmental issues identified during QA test execution or observed during health checks
• Troubleshoot issues reported by QA teams or detected during health checks, coordinating with the relevant business units for resolution
