• Leading processing Operation mainly comprising of all the operations right from receipts of seeds up to Dispatch of packed seed.
• The operations involved are Grading, Destining, and Gravity separation, treating and bagging of seeds with all operation carried out by highly mechanized machinery.
• Along with these operations seed germination testing and caring for seed life (seed storage, self-life) is also supervised in accordance with the rules of seed testing laid by Govt.of India.
• Reporting to Plant Manager with fortnightly submission of reports regarding seeds receipt, Processed, Packed & Ready for dispatch and Balance quantity.
• Maintain all the stock in cold storage by monitoring temperature & humidity life of seeds.
• Handling Inventory (Inbound & Outbound), warehouse & Plant related activity.
• Corn/Paddy & Sunflower Production of PSP & SPR.
• All field activities right from field selection to harvesting.
• Collecting data of all required Morphological characters.
• Providing required chemical as per crop management.
