Experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant with 6+ years of overall experience. Proficient in leading requirements gathering workshops, collaborating with team members, and maintaining technical authority. Adept in preparing business artifacts like BRD/FSD, training manuals, status reports, and act as a liaison between the business and development teams to ensure product alignment with original requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with inherent business acumen and logical reasoning abilities
❖ Proficient in Requirement Planning, Elicitation, Gathering and Monitoring.
❖ Led Salesforce implementations for multiple clients
❖ Effectively managed business stakeholders, project teams, project communications and issue resolution.
❖ Provide guidance, gap analysis to the business and sharing best practices across the industry.
❖ Collaborate with the internal team members to present solutions
❖ Hands on experience working on the Reporting tools
❖ Assist and guide customer for UAT/Smoke testing process
❖ Provide Go-Live support including the Hypercare for implementations
❖ Coordinate with Product Manager in high level Project plans and delivery decisions
❖ Identifying new business opportunities and assist in pre-sales support activities.
❖ Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive management, technologists and individual contributors).
❖ Frequently engaged in presentations for business, senior management and project teams.
❖ Proficient in critical assessment and detailed analysis of requirements.
❖ Proficient in documentation, scrum practices, sprint ceremonies and reporting.
❖ Proficient in translating business needs into Business Requirement Document (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Process Flow, Product Backlog, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Wireframes.
❖ Hands on experience in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Veeva CRM
❖ Well versed with Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tool
