1. Teaching engineering physics at UG level.
2. Work with the Dean to recruit outstanding faculty staff.

5. Design and development of undergraduate engineering projects by the acquisition of reused materials.
6. Develop and provide research mentorship in a developing master’s program within the Department of Electrical Engineering.
7. Train the students for the various national and international conferences, seminars and competitions in online and off-line mode.
8. Asist examination committee for the conduction online and off-line exam in COVID-19 Pandemic. 
9. Provide technical and non-technical support for faculty-led programs for the industry, alumni, and students.
10. Create a supportive environment and provide leadership to achieve strategic plan goals, especially those related to research, scholarship, and funding
11. Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and oversight of the Division’s training programs for engineering students.
12. Assist in developing curriculum, as necessary and conducting Assurance of Learning the OQF, Oman Qualification Framework. 
13. Provide and maintain an established, well-funded research program under MOHERI, Oman.
14. Academic activities include developing and maintaining the research programs in electrical and electronics engineering and providing supervision of the research staff and technicians.
