With over 14+ years of work experience, I am a senior manager at Standard Chartered Bank, where I lead and oversee various reporting and risk management activities. I am passionate about process improvement, business analysis, and banking, and I strive to deliver high-quality and accurate reports that support strategic decision-making and compliance. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams, and I value collaboration, innovation, and learning.

In my current role, I leverage my skills in process improvement, business analysis, and banking to prepare and validate key risk metrics for non-financial risk, drive change management requests to automate existing activities, and define controls and develop checklists for critical reporting processes. I also supervise a team of four people, and I train new joiners on existing tools and applications. I have successfully completed several process re-engineering projects for recently on-boarded activities, and I have established strong stakeholder relationships.
