To ensure the training is scheduled and conducted by the Branch team.
Any Added value services are agreed upon.

To ensure all the invoices reaches the client at the right time.
To ensure the compliances are met as per the client's requirement.
To ensure the Operation team visits the client place on a regular basis and action against the escalations.
To ensure the payments are received on time.
To ensure the training / Night Checks / Reports are planned accordingly.
To ensure the growth of new business to the company.
To control the attrition of the guarding staff by timely resolving the grievances of the guarding staff
