Leading end-to-end implementation of nutrition and health interventions across 26 slums under GHMC (Karwan & Mehdipatnam), targeting pregnant women, lactating mothers, children under 2 years, and adolescent girls.

• Coordinating with ASHAs, Anganwadi Teachers, SHGs, SLFs, healthcare providers, government departments, and community leaders to strengthen community mobilization and service delivery.
• Supporting implementation of Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) activities, awareness campaigns, and thematic health & nutrition sessions across project locations.
• Conducting regular field visits to monitor project activities, ensure quality implementation, identify challenges, and provide field-level support.
• Facilitating capacity-building activities and health & nutrition counselling sessions for frontline workers and community members.
• Monitoring program performance using field data, MIS tools, reporting formats, and outcome tracking mechanisms.
• Supporting preparation of weekly and monthly reports, activity documentation, and success stories.
• Assisting in the coordination of training logistics, field schedules, IEC material distribution, and community events.
• Contributing to improved maternal and child health outcomes through targeted nutrition interventions in vulnerable urban populations.
