I am a seasoned Development professional with a two-decade tenure collaborating with esteemed international organizations, including Care, ACF, Mercy Corps, NDI, and Orbis International. My wealth of expertise lies in steering humanitarian and development initiatives across India, Nepal, and Iraq, allowing me to cultivate a profound insight into diverse cultures, social challenges, and global perspectives. My outstanding communication and interpersonal skills uniquely position me to foster effective collaboration with a wide array of stakeholders.

I bring a proven track record of successfully steering complex programs from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless implementation, adherence to budgets, and high stakeholder satisfaction. My previous roles with international organizations have honed exceptional organizational, planning, and leadership skills. I have effectively overseen the implementation of large-scale projects aimed at benefitting marginalized communities.

Leading diverse teams, managing intricate budgets, handling multiple donors (including USAID), and collaborating with external stakeholders to develop and execute programs are areas where I excel. These experiences have finely tuned my abilities in strategic planning, project management, and partnership cultivation.

I earned my Master's in Social Work in 2002, followed by a Master's in Journalism and Mass Communication in 2012. Notably, I was one of the 20 Fellows of IIM Bangalore- Aritra Leadership Acceleration Program during the 2017-18 term.
