My academic foundation includes a graduate degree, a Post-Graduation in Social Work (specialization in Labour Welfare & Personnel Management), and an MBA, which together have equipped me with strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.

Industrial & Employee Relations – maintaining harmonious labor relations, managing unions, and resolving conflicts.
