· Spearheading Enterprise Business by leading a large team comprising 8Enterprise Sales Managers & 54 Enterprise Sales Officers, Insides Sales & Service Managers.
· Leading sales of Data Solutions (ILL, Mpls, P2P, SIP, IOT, Postpaid, Cloud, Data Center Connectivity, SDWAN etc) across Rest of Maharashtra.
· Ensure account planning for the accounts both in terms of the breadth & width of the account.
· Build the relationship with the customer by helping the customer get the best customized solution
· To Develop and Groom a strong, empowered team, which drives business with self-initiative and provides bench strength to the organization.
· Develop new leads from identified accounts, coordinate kick off meetings, review customer requirements, identify Jio Business capabilities for designing resolutions, ensuring preparation of RFS and project take-off.
· Expertise in consultative selling approach. Understand account’s Telecom & IT strategy & propose solution leveraging Jio products.
· Lead growth of Enterprise Sales pipeline on funnel-based approach. Manage day-to-day Enterprise Sales function with respect to daily cadence, reporting & forecasting, keeping product penetration & revenue growth in focus.
2. Highest 500 new accounts added in the financial Year 23-24
· Spearheading sales of Postpaid, Data and Voce Solutions across Pune
· Handled team size of 12 Account Managers to penetrate SMB customers.
· Possesses strong team building and communication skills for managing teams spread over large territories and forging relationship management with key customers and partners
· Managing cross functional relationships to achieve the business and organizational goals
· Identify the opportunities for the new products, services & applications & enhancing the existing infrastructure for additional revenues.
· Accountable for distribution sales and achieving the Channel Business objectives
