I am a communication and media professional with experience in coordinating projects, working with people, managing content and ensuring that activities are planned and executed smoothly. I enjoy working in dynamic environments that require strong communication, organisation, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with different people and teams.

I am particularly interested in this opportunity because of Panchabhuta’s focus on responsible tourism, nature, wellness and creating meaningful experiences for people. The idea of working in a nature-based retreat environment and contributing to retreats and immersive experiences strongly appeals to me.

I am comfortable communicating with guests, teams and external partners, coordinating schedules and logistics, handling multiple responsibilities and adapting to situations on the ground. I am also keen to learn and contribute to retreat planning, guest experience, workshops, community engagement and day-to-day operations.

I believe my communication skills, people-oriented approach, organisational abilities and genuine interest in nature and experiential experiences would allow me to contribute positively to the Retreat Manager role.
