As a Certified IPC Trainer, have trained more than 500 operators and technicians as Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) in IPC-7711B/21B and IPC-A-610E standards.
Obtained the Internal Auditor Certificate from UL DQS India to conduct internal audit for EHS & QMS.
In addition to Training perspective, having experience in preparation of training presentation related to NPI, product, process, procedure, advisory and alerts to frontend authorized service centers.
Conducting training through classroom and WebEx for frontend authorized service centers
Obtained certificate “Lean Green Belt Certification” for Kaizen Activities.
Managing the team for import & export activity to fulfil repair orders.
Expertise in servicing of CDMA/GSM mobile phones up to components level(L4)
