Jyoti Mehra

I am Advocate Jyoti Mehra practicing before Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi and other Courts/Tribunals across Delhi since 2018. I am a very hard working and a self-motivated person who is extremely enthusiast about making my own name in the legal profession. Being a first generation lawyer, I am cognizant of the important of sincere hard work and have a stern belief in creating a better future for myself.

Over the period of time I have been associated with various Law Firms/ Chambers and have been blessed to gain experience from all of them. I am conspicuously focused in delivering favorable outcomes for various projects that are assigned to me. I have keen interest in Commercial Litigation and Alternative Disputes Resolution, being the areas where I have felicitously worked in the past and present.

I have gained extensive experience in contract drafting and vetting, working with large corporations and conglomerates.

Professional Experience:

• Extensive experience in assisting and representing clients, ranging from individuals to large corporations, in various fora including Trial courts, High Court of Delhi, Supreme Court of India, and Tribunals.
• Represented several Government Departments before various Courts.
• Hands-on involvement in arbitration cases related to contractual disputes arising from highway construction, concession agreements, and similar commercial matters.
• Regularly involved in high-stakes litigation and arbitrations, with specific expertise in invoking and defending Writ Petitions and handling legal issues related to fundamental rights.
