Arguments: Before the Commercial Civil Judge in the matter of a Commercial Suit of Recovery and received a favourable decree for the client; Final Arguments in a Suit for Permanent Injunction and received a successful decree in favour of the client; Final Arguments before Senior Civil Judge, also the Rent Controller, South-East, New Delhi and received a permanent injunction decree in favour of the client against Municipal Corporation of Delhi
