To coordinate the procurement and sale process.
Successfully coordinated with all the agencies, which helped to complete the project within stipulated time.
Successfully obtained the Land conversion certificate, DIC registration, Import-Export and factory license for DFVMCL.
During FY 2014, 35 MT of the table variety was procured from catchment area.
During FY 2014, 33 MT and 2 MT of the table variety mango was sold to SAFAL, Delhi and local market.

Assisted in performance appraisal and performance monitoring of the executives.
The customer database increased from 60 to 486.
Brought down the retrieval time of documents to customers from average of 3 days to a single day.
