I am a Certified POSH trainer, Hotelier, and Academician having 15 years of Industrial experience.

• Presently working with Training & Placement Manager at Noida International University from April 23 .
• Worked with Jaypee Greens Golf Resort and Spa as Training Manager from May 22 to present to March 23.

1. Prepare Annual Training plans and Training Calendars for the hotel.
2. Monitor and conduct learning and development reviews with each department.
3. Conducting Daily Training as per brand specifications.
4. Coordinating with colleges for hiring of Trainees and campus placement.
5. Maintaining data of college TPOs and maintaining good PR with Institutes.
6. Conducting In house induction and orientation program for New Joiners.
7. Partner with department to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development interventions.
8. Provide key input of Training aspects for all activities and plans of the hotels.
9. Delivering Brand and SOP trainings.
10. Doing Internal audits to seek the training needs and development.
11. Doing audits collaborating with Food and Beverage and Microbiology departments.
