I’ve recently moved back to India after three years in London, where I completed my Master’s in Management & HRM at Cranfield University and worked hands-on in Learning & Development across healthcare, housing, and corporate environments. I’m now based in Gurgaon and actively looking for opportunities to continue growing my career in L&D.
Over the last ~5 years, my work has broadly focused on:
End-to-end L&D operations : coordinating instructor-led and virtual training, managing calendars, vendors, and stakeholders
LMS & learning platforms : maintaining and optimising LMS experiences, managing learner data, reporting, and overall learning operations
Training delivery, content & learning design : designing and delivering training sessions, developing learning content, and building LMS dashboards that brought together content, learner journeys, and reporting into one clear view
Program coordination & engagement : supporting academies, apprenticeships, onboarding, and organisation-wide learning initiatives
Process improvement & learning tech : using tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, and reporting insights to improve efficiency and learner experience
Learning Operations & Talent Development Specialist with international experience managing LMS governance, vendor partnerships, and large-scale training programmes. Expertise in end-to-end learning operations, LMS dashboard automation using Microsoft Power Platform, KPI reporting, and stakeholder engagement across global organisations such as L&Q Group and Ericsson, with strong stakeholder management experience partnering with business leaders, external vendors, and communications teams to improve learning engagement and efficiency.
