Good exposure in managing various SaaS Learning Platforms (Docebo, Cornerstone, Sucessfactors and Saba) in a global organizations. As a learning specialist, ensure that the utilization of LMS across the globe, adressing internal/external customer learning queries, engaging with SaaS vendor to effectively deploy the new features, enhancents to meet the organizations learning goals.
Learning operations: Manage SaaS LMS for smooth training transitions, Content Managements, Writing technical documents, release managements, knowledge base, and train-the-trainer.
