- As a Global Internal Communications Manager, I am responsible for global strategy and planning of internal communications and employer branding raising the EVP across the organisation, ensuring a good rhythm. I report to the Director, Center of Excellence, and CHRO. My responsibilities include developing, a high-impact leadership communication for the CEO, CXOs, and leadership teams for Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal & Compliance, IT, and all Corporate Services.
- As a senior member of the CoE team, I am responsible for strategizing, leading, running, and managing all internal communications for the company's regional and international operations. I also have direct control over global strategy & planning, overseeing all execution, and internal communications for 60 countries operations.
- In my profile, I manage all communication channels, working closely with senior leaders and their direct reports to ensure that teams have timely access to relevant information.
- I plan and manage high-level Townhall and global employee engagement communication programmes that are aligned with company strategies and business objectives engaging employees across 60 countries with language interpretations.
- Create key messages, presentations, Q&As, and other documents used by leadership to communicate strategy and ensure a consistent, coherent flow of information across the company is part of my role too.
- Create best practices that can be shared among members of the internal communication team for maximum efficiency and impact. Defining metrics for measurement and governing internal communications across the organisation.
- Develop worldwide internal campaigns, enhancing social media presence country-specific, LinkedIn webinars to raise brand equity. Furthermore, I strategize and manage HR marketing projects such as Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing.
