- Preparing purchase requests in coordination with production planning.
- Maintaining daily, batch-wise and aging inventory and audit reports.
- Coordinating internal training and audit compliance.
- Receiving materials against PO with verification of quantity, condition, COA, and labelling.
- Verifying material receiving checklist (vendor, packaging, COA, tanker compliance).
- Raw Material & Packing Material Dispensing as per BMR & BPR.
- Performing inventory transfers based on production plant requirements.
- Arranging dispatch and vehicles for SPAB Job Work.
- Monitoring minimum stock levels in SAP and planning raw material requirements accordingly.
- Completing GRPO for Mix Solvent Tanker post-production.
- Generating purchase orders with defined shipping, payment and freight terms.
- Handling data entry for GRPO, Job Work receipts and inventory transfers.
- Comparing quotations and negotiating with vendors.
- Preparing MRN (Material Receipt Note) in the Pharma System.
- Maintaining balance of stock material. (Approved stores & Sample stores)
- Maintaining quarterly physical weighting of API & Excipients
- Shifting expired material to rejected stores.
- Maintaining RLD (Innovators) Inward & Consumption.
- Monitoring balance calibration activity.
- Maintaining all activities related to store temperature.
- Handling Material Received Check & Email attached.
- Conducting physical stock checks (oxygen, nitrogen, coal) and reporting.
- Receiving goods against both purchase and service orders.
- Managing issue slips, RGP reports and inventory aging.
- Handling returnable and non-returnable gate passes.
- Raising purchase requests and service orders based on material indents.
- Executing inventory transfers for R&D and QC departments.
- Dispensing API & Excipients as per F&D requirement
- Inward all Material (F&D, ADL, IT Department).
