Successfully managed large digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives for Central Bank of the UAE, HBZ, TCS, Nokia and Sainsbury’s.
Created and established ITIL based Service Management Framework for Habib Bank AG Zurich; Led operational efficiency improvement initiatives.
Experienced in defining and implementing IT strategy and roadmap.
Solid experience in managing large offshore teams (from onsite).
