I am a seasoned culinary professional with over 17 + years of international experience, specializing in pre-opening operations, large-scale food service management, and high-performance kitchen leadership. I bring a strong track record of driving operational excellence, building cohesive teams, and delivering consistently elevated culinary experiences.
My professional journey includes working alongside world-renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Yannick Alléno, and Ugo Rinaldo, with experience across prestigious international properties in India, the UAE, and Qatar, including Atlantis The Palm, St.
Hotels & Resorts, and One&Only Resorts. These experiences have shaped my expertise in contemporary global cuisine.
I recently concluded my tenure as Senior Executive Chef at Airport View Hotel, Accra (West Africa), indigenous Ghanaian hospitality property near International Airport with more than 20 years of Hospitality service experience, where I oversaw culinary operations for a 101-room property, including a convention centre, 5 F&B outlets, and high-volume banqueting operations.
During my tenure, I led a team of over 40 culinary professionals, managing all aspects of culinary day to day operations including menu engineering, food costing, gross profit optimization, HACCP compliance, budgeting, team development, and large-scale events catering.
I hold a Master’s degree in Hotel Management from Uttarakhand University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition from IHM Chandigarh. Throughout my career, I have successfully operated in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, leading multicultural teams while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
