Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior members of the service delivery staff, assisting them in their technical and professional development and initial point of contact for all IT related issues/ quires.
Team Management, Supervising a six person IT Desk side/End User support team. Responsible for people
Management, including goal setting and providing performance feedback, handling escalations, work allocation, reviews, team roster.
Participating in calls for new IT asset procurement, process Asset allocation, and work closely with the process managers to assist with new deployments.
User management in windows AD, granting and removing access for user in Active directory.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Desktop Systems, Workstations, Thin Clients and network issues in a heterogeneous environment, installing windows security patches and antivirus via SCCM.
Troubleshooting end user issue related to hardware, software and network onsite, email, chat and remote support.
Handling Incident, Change & Service Request to reduce impact in production floor and cascading the tickets to concern teams for escalation and resolution.
