• Worked on Beacon tool where customer training is enrolled.
• Validating certificate data in Learning management system for customer and partners.
• Writing email to employees and customer for any issues related to their training queries.
• Maintaining tracker of tickets and updating their resolution status.
• Attending calls with Paloalto representative.
