Application support Engineer (Admin) responsibilities include resolving network issue, configuring operating system and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
▪Conducting client meeting and resolving the IT issue regarding SKU’s and Cloud for Customer whenever require on urgent review meetings with consultants twice a week to monitor status of engineering.
▪Troubleshooting with other employees to research and resolve problems.
▪Troubleshooting with Hybris of the application from end-to-end Client.
▪Performing and analyzing all the IT performance on daily basis with client to get the feedback with reference to the technical support Specification.
▪Complete all the work under the SLA’s Time to define
▪Take all the Operations Analyst work of the SAP, C4C and Saral issue
