- Proceeding with the selected candidates for offer formalities
- Interacting with candidates for joining formalities
- Reference checks and cross verification of candidate credentials with previous companies
- Prompt follow-up with Candidates
- Maintaining track records of all candidates to maintain and update the status of current vacancies, and maintain a record of all filled vacancies
- Generate daily reports and reporting the same to Sr. Manager
- Preparing and maintaining weekly reports to ensure that the relevant data is captured to give a clear picture of where we stand in terms of the goals set
- Generate Resume database / building the pipeline for the upcoming requirements through the main sources like job portals, advertisement, mass mailers, job posting on portals, anchoring employee referral schemes, personal contact etc.
- Planned target based recruitment for each recruiter
- Maintaining & Taking care of several clients / Account Manager
- Handling Walk-In Interview individually depending upon the bulk requirements, setting up the interview panel and coordination etc.
- Requirement gathering and analyzing existing clients
- Interacting with the existing clients to build up good rapport and following up to happen interviews on-time and for the feedback to update candidate immediately
- Ensuring joining date formalities, reference checks, issuing offer letters, Releasing appointment letter, Billing Details and Candidate work performance till month from the HR after joining the company
