• Worked as a Journal Administrator handling technical check of the manuscript and editor assignments for the journals like Data in brief, New Microbes New Infections, Journal of Engineering Dynamics Control, Journal of Sound and Vibration.
• Provided the support for the Quantum tool in the editing process for align the online manuscript in a viewable format.
• Downloaded the copy-editing files and coversheet for the journal American Journal of Ophthalmology from the Production Tracking system and shared the files to the respective Journal Manager on biweekly basis.
• Shared the Weekly report for the journal Data in Brief containing some author email details to the publisher in order to initiate discussion forum on a biweekly basis.
• Being an ERG member, was appointed as program coordinator in the D&I event conducted by ERG (Enabled Resources Group) team and guided the team to conduct the event in well-organized way.

Had worked as Billing Analyst in Accenture for almost 3.5 years for a European client Orange Business Services assisting in billing for their networks services which they provide across the globe.

• Had worked in order processing team support for APAC region using GOLD tool which has the order details to bill invoice for customer for the network service used in client network through CUBS
• Supported dispatch activities where invoices were sent to customer through post and courier services.
