Customer Success Manager

• Working as the Primary POC for all of my clients.
• Receiving the cases from client and sharing the same with internal team for case initiation.
• Working closely with Operations team to track the BGC case status.
• Checking for any insufficiency raised by performers and need to work with client and candidates to resolve the same.
• Updating client about the case status on daily basis.
