Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Verification and validation of vendor invoice before processing in Accpac.
• Process all the invoices in Accpac with proper supporting.
• Booking GST in the respective vendor GST account codes as per the applicable tax rules.
• Ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations during invoice processing.
• Maintaining accuracy in invoice entries and accounting records
• Resolving invoice related discrepancies and coordinating with vendor and resolving the queries related to the invoice and payment.
• Preparing and updating invoice processing records and tracking on daily basis.
• Handling all the Travel and Expense (T&E) incurred through company issued advances, Corporate card and as well as pocket expenses incurred by employee.
• Reviewing, verifying and processing claim against supporting documents and company policies.
• Ensuring accurate accounting and timely settlement of employee advances and expenses reimbursement.
• Prepare ledger reconciliation and inform employee regarding their pending advances and payments through email.
