• Performed virus indexing on 170+ banana tissue culture samples per week using TAS-ELISA to screen for BBTV, BSV, CMV, and BBrMV.
• Performed the major steps of TAS-ELISA, including antigen coating, antibody incubation, substrate addition, and optical density measurement.
• Cloned the target gene in PMD-20 vector and performed Bacterial transformation using samples from banana bunchy top virus-infected leaf tissue.
