Intern, UAV & Drone Integration at Avironix Private Limited (2025-06 – 2025-12)

• Assisted in design, integration, and assembly of UAVs (fixed-wing & multirotor)
• Built a Shark-Bite fixed-wing UAV from design to flight-ready stage

• Designed and built a 1.8 kg quadcopter UAV from scratch, including component selection, assembly, system integration, and ArduPilot flight controller configuration
• Assembled and integrated Agricultural Hexacopter UAVs, including motors, ESCs, flight controller, power distribution system, telemetry, and spraying payload
• Performed propulsion calculations and motor thrust testing using a thrust test bench to evaluate thrust, power consumption, efficiency, and flight endurance
• Executed pre-flight and post-flight inspections and conducted flight testing of Agricultural Hexacopter and Logistics Octocopter UAVs to ensure flight safety and mission readiness
• Maintained battery logbooks, analyzed flight logs, and performed UAV troubleshooting and maintenance to improve aircraft reliability and operational performance
