- Managing and leading a team of 6+ people who work in the supply chain management Division.
- Daily Using T-codes MIGO, MB21, ME2L, MB51, MB52, ME51N, ME52N, ME54N, ME5A, MMBE, MB25, MB22, ZRGP/NRGP Etc.
- Communication with purchase dept and supplier for material.
- Daily Handling Raw Materials, BOP Items, Consumable & Spare items, & SFG Store.
- Responsible for daily functions such as receipt, storage, handling, and preservation.
- Material receiving, updating ledger on daily basis & inventory Management.
- Material identification and traceability, maintaining FIFO system for store parts.
- Material issuance to production line as per requirement plan.
- Coordinate with various dept to ensure proper storage.
- Material issuance BOP & Consumable's on issue slip as well as in system (SAP).
- Reconciliation of material done on monthly basis.
- Analysis of perpetual inventory variation in main stores.
- Safety of men, machine and material in working area and 5'S.
- Proper distribution of urgent, critical orders from all departments.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Component location in store, with proper identification bin cards & SAP along with assistant code.
- Monitoring receipts, issuance & lock in storage of thift prone items.
- Create RGP, NRGP Delivery Challan, E-Way bill for the job work material and their documentation.
- Reconciliation of job work material on daily basis & monthly basis.
- Facing & Handling ISO AUDIT, CUSTOMER AUDIT & INTERNAL AUDIT.
- Scrap/Rejection Material handling.
- Day-to-day monitoring, Handling, preservation of self-life items in store.
- Making all monthly reports (INVENTORY REPORT, SAP DAILY STOCK MONITARING SHEET, DAILY INVENTORY STOCK LEVEL SHEET)
